What Goodword is

Goodword reads a website, writes the prompts its customers would type into AI assistants, asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini those prompts through their official APIs, and reports who gets recommended. By running a scan or buying, you agree to these terms.

Scans

The free scan shows your score and how often each assistant names you. Only scan a business you own, work for or represent, or one that's publicly listed. We may decline sites we don't support, including adult, gambling, weapons, drugs, hateful or deceptive content, and we limit how many free scans one person can run.

What the results are

AI answers change from one ask to the next, and the apps people use can personalise answers in ways an API doesn't. Your report is a careful sample of what the assistants say, not a guarantee of what every customer will see. The cost estimate is an estimate, with the working shown.

The fix list is our advice. We don't control how OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Perplexity rank businesses, so we can't guarantee that any change gets you recommended.

Payment

Prices are shown before checkout and charged once, in US dollars, with no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Upgrading from the full report to Pro charges only the difference.

Pro includes a 30-minute call. We'll contact you by email or phone within one business day of your purchase to book it. If we can't reach you within 60 days, the call expires; the rest of Pro is unaffected.

Refunds

If your paid report fails to run, or you're not happy with it, email support@heygoodword.com within 14 days of paying for a full refund.

Acceptable use

Don't try to get around the paywall or scan limits, scrape the service, resell reports as your own product without asking us, or attack the service. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Liability

Goodword is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales.

Not affiliated

Goodword isn't affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Perplexity. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity are their owners' trademarks.
